[Craftsmanship] Unveiling Every Detail of Clothing Production

From the initial design inspiration to the elegant final product leaving the factory, there is a series of complex and refined production processes behind it, each step containing the ultimate pursuit of quality and exquisite interpretation of craftsmanship. As the Technology Department of NA LIN , We controlling every process strictly in the whole company. In order to ensure our samples can meet with our customer’s requirements, We have professional staff  to work on the pattern, grading , sewing ,inspection and fitting   for each of them. We are providing a comprehensive technical support for  the production line and customer as well.  

It contains 5 production lines ,and they plan to gradually expand the production lines to 15 . Having various equipment, eq. auto single needle sewing machines, cover seam  machines, double needle sewing machines and semi-finished ironing, totally  amounting to 200 sets. The production procedure starts from cutting and distributing, to initial ironing and sewing ,and then goes to the production line to make clothes ready. The workshop manager supervised the QC team to control the quality at each processing. The capacity of the  sewing workshop could be achieved 100,000—150,000 units monthly.

It is the initial processing in the garment production, this company equipped the  fabric  inspection machine ,spreader, semi automatic cloth cutter and interfacing  machine. The working procedure starts from CAD or  manual marker making , fabric spreading and cutting, which are inspected with separated controls by workers, in accordance with processing requirements, preventing any improper cutting.

 It has equipped the bar tack machine, button machine, rivet set-in machine, buttonhole machine, keyhole machine, ironing equipment, needle detector, packing machine etc. totally about 30 sets. The production procedure starts from bar tack, buttonholing , button attaching , thread trimming and inspection, ready product inspection and after being proved qualified to the pacing team for needle detecting , packing boxing , QC inspection approving and delivering . Each procedure would be strictly supervised by specially-assigned people, for ensuring that the products delivered to each clients are the best quality.
